Why iCG?

iCG was formed primarily to customise solutions for clients needs BETTER.
We realised there is a gapping hole in the contact center market, somewhere between the smaller sweat box operations and the larger multinational corporations.
We believe our services should operate like an extension of your office, that our staff, are your staff and the closer iCG can integrate with our clients, the more rewarding and substantial the results will be.
Our goal is act as an intermediary for your operation where we manage on your behalf by utilising our understand and expertise in contact center management.

Our Process

The crucial aspect to any successful operation is to fully understand the desired outcome of our clients. iCG Account Managers undertake a full understanding of not only what your goals are yet the reasons to why your seeking to outsource, key requirements to achieving milestones and targets and a competitor analysis.
Once we understand your requirements, your Account Manager will present you with an iCG Solution tailored to your needs. Upon approval we then begin the formation of your new operation. This can usually take between 2 and 6 weeks.
Your Account Manager will remain as your single point of contact throughout the duration of the contract
